That, despite his father’s mendacious assertion, at a 2020 presidential debate, that data resulted from a Russian intelligence operation — a claim manufactured by self-proclaimed “nonpartisan” (i.e., Democrat-friendly) former intelligence officials, whose impetus to discredit the patently authentic data was a nudge by the Biden campaign, particularly Antony Blinken, now the secretary of state.

So we’re on to the next whopper — one so vertiginous that Hunter’s lawyers confine it to a footnote in their latest rambling lawsuit: While acknowledging that the data is his, the ne’er-do-well first son does not admit — though, cutely, does not deny — that he gave Delaware computer repairman John Paul Mac Isaac the infamous laptop from hell on which the information was stored.
Why play this silly game? Because Hunter’s lawsuits risibly allege that his stored digital information was hacked — if not by the Russians, then by Mac Isaac, Giuliani, Costello, former Trump aide Steve Bannon, and who knows who else.
Implicit in the concept of hacking — computer theft — is that access to data was obtained without the owner’s permission.
Hence, if Hunter admits that he brought a damaged laptop to Mac Isaac, with the precise understanding that Mac Isaac would gain access to its data for purposes of extraction and preservation, then it becomes numbingly obvious that the stored digital information was not hacked.
Moreover, if he cops to bringing a laptop to Mac Isaac, then Hunter must confront the humiliating reality that, in his drug-addled state, he abandoned the device by ignoring Mac Isaac’s repeated requests that he come pick it up and pay his bill.

Instead, Team Biden’s approach of attacking when the situation cries out for retreat — the same mindless aggression that instigated the civil suits — led to the implosion of the plea deal.
As a result, instead of being scot-free, Hunter has been indicted on three felony gun charges and faces the imminent likelihood of at least two felony tax evasion charges.
The president’s son is in a hole of his own making. Maybe he ought to — oh, I don’t know — stop digging?

Meanwhile, Democrat Socialists of America Commies continue telling us that there is no evidence that Hunter and his dad Joey Xi Bai Dung conspired to commit crimes against America`s National Security by taking bribes in the millions from China, Ukraine`s Burisma, Romania and Russian oligarchs'.
Well Hunter and his attorney`s just proved that the laptop is factual evidence.
Based up these latest actions by Hunter and his attorneys, he can now be compelled to testify before Congress about his father’s involvement in possible criminality. He can be asked what services he provided for those millions he received. He can also be asked if he gave any money to his father and where it came from.
With all the testimony before Congress and previous statements made by Hunter why didn’t the Judge upon reading the footnote with this Deliberate False Allegation, immediately find the lawyer in contempt, sanction him?
Remember that Hunter abandoned the laptops and never returned to retrieve said laptops.

Hunter Biden received wires originating in Beijing for more than $250,000 from Chinese business partners — wires that listed the Delaware home of Joe Biden as the beneficiary address for the funds, Fox News Digital has learned.

EXCLUSIVE: Hunter Biden received wires that originated in Beijing for more than $250,000 from Chinese business partners during the summer of 2019 — wires that listed the Delaware home of Joe Biden as the beneficiary address for the funds, Fox News Digital has learned from a congressional committee.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., has been investigating the Biden family business dealings and President Biden’s alleged involvement in those ventures.
As part of the investigation, Comer subpoenaed financial records related to a specific bank account and received records of two wires originating from Beijing and linked to BHR Partners.
BHR Partners is a joint-venture between Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca and Chinese investment firm Bohai Capital. BHR Partners is a Beijing-backed private equity firm controlled by Bank of China Limited. Hunter Biden reportedly sat on the board of directors of BHR Partners.
The records state that Joe's Wilmington, Delaware, home at '1209 Barley Mill Rd' was listed as the beneficiary address.
The first wire transfer sent to Hunter Biden, dated July 26, 2019, was for $10,000 from an individual named Ms. Wang Xin. There is a Ms. Wang Xin listed on the website for BHR Partners. It is unclear if the wire came from that Wang Xin.
The second wire transfer sent to Hunter Biden, dated Aug. 2, 2019, was for $250,000 from Li Xiang Sheng — also known as Jonathan Li, the CEO of BHR Partners — and Ms. Tan Ling. The committee is trying to identify Ling’s role.
The beneficiary for the wires is listed as Robert Hunter Biden with the address "1209 Barley Mill Rd." in Wilmington, Delaware. That address is the main residence for President Biden.

The White House, attorneys for Hunter Biden and Mesires did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment. The White House maintains that the president was "never in business with his son."
The subpoenaed financial records come amid House Republicans' impeachment inquiry investigation against President Biden.

Literally originating in China and going to Joe Biden's HOME address --- and yet typical Lib sheep like you will rant/rave saying "there is no evidence of criminality".
Surely Barry was aware of it and a lot of other criminality. Joey Xi was indeed a moron and easily setup to be the fall guy but he won’t go quietly. This is fun - sad, but fun.
Joey Xi Bai Dung is a co-conspirator. We don’t have to prove that Joey received a dime. All we have to show is that Hunter Biden violated FARA. Millions flowed in to his accounts and the Bai Dung`s family accounts.
Hunter was funneling money and acting as a unlisted foreign agent with several countries while in the Biden mansion with a garage full of confidential and top secret documents.

Doesn't create a very good optic when you're a sitting Senator and eventually VP, and are lining the pockets of himself and his family. Spin it any way your want, there is no moral justification for what he has done.
