Given the wide range of business endeavors in which Mr. Trump has been involved, and the risk inherent in some of it, it is certainly to be expected that some of them will go bankrupt.

I remember similar criticisms of Mitt Romney,when he was running for President, with regard to failed businesses in which he had been involved. Romney, of course, was heavily involved in venture capital investing, which is a form of very high-risk, high-reward investing in businesses that are dubious to begin with.

I don't know any credible statistics, but off the head, I would expect that oncologists (doctors who specialize in treating cancer) have a much higher rate of patient mortality than doctors in other fields. It's not that they are worse doctors; it's that they specifically take on cases that have a higher risk of failure to begin with, and have a much greater challenge in order to produce a successful outcome.

Government Motors might make even more sales if Obama mandated (OK, dictated) that they provide a free life insurance policy with every unit.
