This is insane, hypocritical.

IMHO, the President should discontinue sending money deducted from Federal civil servants to state governments that are suing him.

Put a little pressure on them. A New York mailman should no longer have his NY state income tax withheld from his pay.

Amazing stuff, is this not the height of hypocrisy? One can only assume the Left is admitting that the rich people will leave high-tax places for less-tax places, as has been demonstrated over and over again. So, if you raise taxes on the rich, at least some of them will leave to go elsewhere and you end up with less revenue than a static, linear model would predict. And it isn't just less revenue immediately, it's also less investment and startup businesses; it snowballs from there.
