If Trump wins, but the Dems take the house, the Dems will write the legislation that SCOTUS requires barring Trump from the Presidency according to A.14 Sec.3.

The presidential election is close to 50/50. The House elections are close to 50/50. 538 has Republicans with an 89% chance of taking over the Senate.
So, let's assume that Harris wins the presidency and has a Democratic House. How is Harris going to end the Senate filibuster, set retroactive term limits on the SC, make stricter ethical rules on the SC, and pass some kind of method to overturn SC decisions?
It was YOU who said let's get back to reality. So, in reality, how are you going to accomplish all that with a red Senate?

It's beginning to sink in, isn't it? Yes, the country is going to intentionally vote for a 34 times convicted felon, a fascist, and a Nazi, who is a threat to our country and wants to take democracy away and all of his supporters are garbage. I realize that will make you feel as low as you can possibly feel. But, don't get discouraged, Trump is going to round you up and give you the mental care that you need.

In elections there's a phenomenon known as 'coat tails'.
When Harris wins, you can bet she'll take a few unexpected Senate seats along with her.

You are clearly not attached to reality. 538 shows an 89% chance that Republicans will take control of the Senate. There are no coattails that long. And, you're just assuming Harris wins and the House turns blue. 538 gives the better odds to Republicans taking all three. You lied when you said you wanted to deal in reality. Clearly you don't.

Ummmmmmmmmmmm, Trump won the primaries by far over about 16 other competitors. If you look at many states, new registrations for Republicans are outnumbering those for Democrats. His base is not dying. But, I'll give you the fact that you have shot at Trump twice now trying to take him out.

That's an interesting question, imo. Are we better off with four years of Bernie Sanders light, or four years of Trump's behavior that wouldn't be tolerated by most parents.Or, republicans lose the election and none of that happens.

If you knew anything about Polls, you'd know that polls are pure BULLSHIT. 538's probabilities along with it.
Here's the way it's going to be:
Harris will get far more votes than Biden did in 2020.
Trump will get far less votes than he got in 2020.
Here are the factors:
81+ million people that voted for Biden in 2020 are pissed off that Trump tried to nullify their votes on J6.
Millions of conservative American women are pissed about the Roe v. Wade reversal and will switch from Trump to Harris.
Millions of Americans that voted for Trump in 2016 & 2020 are disgusted by J6, Trump's convictions, his proven whore mongering, and his fascist statements.
The vast majority of new voters are young, and they will overwhelmingly vote for Harris.
