I'm deeply thankful to live in the internet age that allows me the freedom to work from home, however I'm one of millions who see the value in limited screen time.
As a small business owner doing bookkeeping and insurance billing for doctors, I spend 5-7 hours a day at my computer - and that's where it ends! With the expectation of an occasional post here, and a peek the at sports scores and news headlines my face is not pointed at a screen. There is no TV, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or evening news. Long walks, reading physical books, studying and playing chess (with books and real wooden pieces) has allowed me to uncomplicate my life. Since starting this 4 months ago, I've been less stressed, more focused at work, and am in better physical shape. Try it - You might like it!
