Maybe I read the story wrong, but it looks like Netflix released her Netflix ratings and her identifying information...as far as I know that is a violation of privacy.

Good reason never to put your real zip code and birth date on any website.

That is what i got out of it also.

This is a serious breech of privacy and against the law, Netflix will be paying plenty for this mistake.

The 'Jane Doe' thing is just one of many plantiffs.
