There are two things wrong with the above. First, revoking a Visa, which requires one of the following,If any of them had fore-knowledge of the attack then they, too, should be prosecuted, serve their sentences, and then be deported straight back to their country of origin.
If any of them are on expired visas then they should be sent back to their country of origin immediately.
If any of them are on currently-valid visas then those visas should be revoked and THEN they should be deported back home.
In any event it's time to make it clear to that Militant Islamic a$$wipe that he has ruined his FAMILY as well as his own life.
That will prove to be the cruelest and most righteous and "just" cut of all.
As for him... throw the book at that Militant Islamist kokksukker and throw away the key.
Time to set some examples for some of these other Islamist Sleeper Cells scattered about the country.
- Violations of immigration laws.
- Criminal convictions.
- Visa fraud.
- National security or public safety concerns.
- Typographical errors on visa documents.
And even then, revoking a Visa is not grounds for deportation. The Visa gives one the right to enter the US. If they are already here, revoking it does not mean they are subject to deportation.
But second, there you are again, violating the Constitution, there shall be no corruption of blood. I mean I really can't believe how you Trump nuts are so ignorant of the Constitution. After all, it is the supreme law of the land. We are a Republic, not a damn dictatorship.
