Money isn't going to fix this-------anything built there will be destroyed again. Who wants to live in terror? Until ----the criminals are dealt with permanently (and if)-----no amount of money matters. Sending money there would only mean that there is more to steal and more reason to keep terrorizing the city.Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but what does this mean where what needs to be replaced and restored is concerned? In other words, whose billfold will the needed money be coming from to resurrect what has been destroyed if such a thing is even possible?
