The liberal college town of Moscow, Idaho, has agreed to settle a lawsuit brought by Christians who were arrested while maskless at an outdoor church service during the pandemic.

The trio—Gabriel Rench and Sean and Rachel Bohnet—sued the city in March of 2021, arguing their First and Fourth Amendment rights were violated when they were arrested at the Psalm Sing, which was organized as a protest against a City Council-imposed mask mandate.

Good to hear. The city should actually be prosecuted for their illegal arrests.
First of all, "flattening the curve" with masks was foolish and inappropriate for covid, according to all the science available.
Second is that not once has there been any case of outdoor transmission of covid, so requiring masks outdoors is stupid.
Third is that whether or not a religious group wants to get covid or not is totally up to them and no one else gets any say. Herd immunity was the correct and logical strategy to use.
