Sounds like this US Attorney has experience in the DOJ and in national security. The Biden admin's raid on Mar-a-Lago may prove to be the Deep State's Achilles heel.

You're fantasizing, buddy.

First, any "Russiagate" proceedings would be heard in DC. Good luck finding a MAGA Grand jury there.

Why do you think that this guy will succeed where Weird Beard Durham failed?

Thanks for admitting that a DC jury is a shield against Democrats being successful prosecuted.

How about a grand conspiracy to deny Trump his civil rights under color of law? Where might that grand jury be seated?

Perhaps, a change of venue and leadership will make all the difference.

Except that would have nothing to do with Russiagate. Trump didn't have a civil right against campaign tactics.

Now, if you want to try to prosecute the FileGate issue, you will have to put Trump on the stand and ask him why he thought showing Kid Rock our nuclear secrets was a good idea.

You're uninformed. Not the first time and won't be the last time.

The Department of Justice's federal grand jury case to investigate Obama administration officials over their 2016 assessment of Russian election interference could take place in Florida, which would likely provide a more favorable legal environment for the DOJ.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has authorized federal prosecutors to investigate statements and testimony from Obama administration officials regarding alleged ties between President Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and Russia, directly targeting what Trump has long labeled the "Russia Hoax," while potentially diverting attention from renewed scrutiny over the Jeffrey Epstein files.

Speculation among legal experts has centered on Florida as a possible location, and the New York Timesreported on Tuesday that prosecutors would present the case to a grand jury in South Florida, should the evidence warrant it, citing people briefed on the move who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss ongoing investigations.

Newsweek has contacted the DOJ as well as former President Barack Obama's office via email outside of regular office hours.

Look up conspiracy.

Um, yeah, this is what happens when you put a petulent man-child in the white house and no one has the guts to tell him that he's legally in the wrong.

This is why Durham couldn't get any convictions. Because everyone involved could argue in good faith, "Hey, we had evidence the Russians were up to no good, and we were obligated to investigate it!"

Again, Bondi doesn't seem to understand the law, she's just trying to mollify Trump while his brain slowly turns to pudding.

What doesn't the US AG understand that you know so well?

Speaking of brains turning into pudding, Robert Mueller has been in long term memory care for a few years. So democrats like that playbook that includes pretending those slipping into dementia are perfectly fine, just like you did with Dementia Patient Biden for years. Did Mueller also have an autopen?

Now, just a few years after the bombshell report was released, Mueller is spending time in a memory-care unit, sources familiar with the matter told Real Clear Investigations.

'Sources tell me Mueller has been living in a memory-care facility for the past few years,' reporter Paul Sperry wrote on X Tuesday.

We'll see.

Who knows what Bondi thinks. She could be a true believer and buy the cult dogma. She could just be cynically trying to please Trump.

Matters not.

What civil rights was Trump denied? This is pretty absurd.

There is absolutely zero reason to believe that the search warrant was improper in any way and this has absolutely nothing to do with anything else related to this supposed scandal.

I believe the search warrant was adequately litigated before Cannon.
