A member of the violent Latin Kings gang was arrested after allegedly stealing government property from an FBI vehicle vandalized during unrest in Minneapolis Wednesday night, federal authorities said.

Fox News confirmed that Raul Gutierrez, 33, was arrested Thursday in a joint operation involving the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

"One individual who allegedly stole federal government property out of an FBI vehicle in Minneapolis last night has been arrested," FBI Director Kash Patel wrote on X, adding that the suspect was a member of the Latin Kings gang with a violent criminal history. "FBI personnel are continuing to pursue other subjects involved. There will be more arrests."

This is the type of person the dems are protecting.....It boggles the mind.

It was mentioned in the comments in other posts but I thought it deserved it's own thread just to show how warped the dem hive mind is.

I suspect that woman who had the documents and bragged about it online is tied in with him too.

Using the left's tactics against them, but I have reservations.

Can't say I approve of "lists". Prosecute them for crimes if you have the evidence.

The problem, which extends across pretty much every aspect of life these days, is no one is held accountable for their actions.

That said if you are out protesting all night and you are on SSDI then maybe that could be looked into.

This is more fascism/authoritarianism, but you will not recognize it as such.

Hate to bring this up but interfering with a federal officer in the performance of of their duty is not a constitutional right. In fact it is against the law. Which means you can be arrested.

And exactly what is unconstitutional about it when certain states have done everything they can to not only try and keep criminal illegals in their states but have let them off with just a slap on the wrist when they do break the law. We have citizens obstructing ICE.
Compare that to when Obama was deporting more illegals and told everyone that it did not matter if it tore families apart.
