Latest from France: 3rd party candidate to hand presidency to Le Pen; 7 terrorists arrested

Emmanuel Macron, a former economy minister in France's socialist government, announced that he would run for the French presidency next year. Mr Macron has set up his own political party, "En Marche". This has riled many socialists who worry that this will hand the presidency to Le Pen of the Front National.

7 folks were charged with terrorism, and were not previously known by authorities. 2 of those folks had been to Syria in the past.
