(CNN) - After a summer in which Dick Cheney dialed back his attacks on President Obama's national security polices, the former vice president told a conservative gathering Wednesday that the Obama administration had damaged America's relationship with key allies, dangerously wavered in Afghanistan, undermined progress in Iraq, and intentionally sabotaged the Bush administration's national security legacy.

You could learn alot from your own "source", as if states many of the things I already told you:

The Iraq Intelligence Commission and the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence at various times concluded that Wilson's claims were incorrect. The Senate report stated that Wilson's report actually bolstered, rather than debunked, intelligence about purported uranium sales to Iraq.[6][7] Wilson later took strong exception to these conclusions in his 2004 memoir The Politics of Truth. The State Department also remained highly skeptical about the Niger claim.[6]

In his column of July 14, 2003, entitled "Mission to Niger," Robert Novak states that the choice to use Wilson "was made routinely at a low level without [CIA] Director George Tenet's knowledge." Novak goes on to identify Plame as Wilson's wife:

Wilson never worked for the CIA, but his wife, Valerie Plame, is an agency operative on weapons of mass destruction. Two senior administration officials told me that Wilson's wife suggested sending him to Niger to investigate the Italian report. The CIA says its counter-proliferation officials selected Wilson and asked his wife to contact him. "I will not answer any question about my wife," Wilson told me.[10]

Again, the administration pointed to "Joe's Wife" because that was the TRUTH, not because they were "outting her". If Joe Wilson didn't want to "expose" his wife, he probably shouldn't had accused the White House of lying, all while lying himself.

That's where the whole farce begins. If the White House remained silent about who sent Wilson to Niger, then they are accused by the liberal media as being "secretive", and hiding the truth. But when they point the finger at Plame, they get accused of "outting a CIA agent" as "retaliation".

Not to mention Wilson publically announced his wife as being a CIA agent in the past, again from your own source:

Vallely claimed on 3 November 2005 that former Ambassador Wilson "mentioned Plame's status as a CIA employee over the course of at least three, possibly five, conversations in 2002 [one year before she was allegedly "outed"] in the Fox News Channel's 'green room' in Washington, D.C., as they waited to appear on air as analysts", that Wilson "introduced Plame at cocktail parties and other social events around Washington as his CIA wife", and that her working at the CIA was "pretty common knowledge" because she had "been out there on the Washington scene many years."[45] If Plame were a covert agent at the time, Vallely said, "he would not have paraded her around as he did."[45][46]

Fact: May 2003 Joe Wilson began to "advise" the Kerry for President campaign.
Fact: July 6, 2003 Joe Wilson's op-ed gets published making his false claims.
Fact: Every lawsuite that Wilson/Plame have filed has been dismissed. Even the Obama Admin DoJ says he has no grounds for a case.

It depends on the length of the interview, how many questions were asked, to seeif 72 instances of "I don't recall" were significant. It also depends on the quality of the questions. But in testimony of say a couple of hours in the witness box if a Judge heard "I don't recall" 72 times from a witness then I'd venture to suggest that Judge might think the witness was being evasive.
