A volunteer for Right to Life of Michigan was shot while canvassing homes in her Lake Odessa community on Tuesday afternoon, the organization claims. Michigan State Police are investigating the shooting.
The victim, an 83-year-old woman, was reportedly going door to door passing out pamphlets and talking about Prop 3, which will be on the Nov. 8 ballot, and seeks to enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution.
She was shot in the shoulder, treated and released from the hospital and is still recovering from her injuries, according to MSP and Right to Life of Michigan.
Right to Life of Michigan claims the victim was shot following a heated conversation at a residence in her neighborhood. The man who shot her was not involved in the conversation and the victim does not know his identity or motive, the organization said.

I hope the police have these pro-abort supremacists under observation so they can sweep up the whole bunch in Ionia County.
If this happened in Detroit, it could probably be attributed to a stray bullet those things happening. But this is in a low crime community.
BTW, has NARAL apologized for this yet? Their rhetoric in favor of the Abortion Rackets is what stirs up the weak brained.

The Michigan Supreme Court on Thursday ordered a proposal onto the Nov. 8 ballot that seeks to enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution, a highly charged issue that political experts said would affect the election.
The high court on Thursday overruled a deadlocked Board of State Canvassers and ordered the four-member panel to certify the ballot proposal as Prop 3 for the Nov. 8 ballot, discarding arguments that spacing issues in the petition initiative were enough to disqualify the measure.
IMHO this just as it should be....Get it on the ballot as SCOTUS intended and let the citizenry vote on it.
