i dont see how this is a manslaughter charge. this black man stole a bear from a gas station they call cops. black man fights the whole time thy try to arrest him. black man gets on top the cop trying to get his tazor rendering the cop helpless. the other other cop comes up and try s to get black guy off., cant get the black dude off. so the cop ends up shooting him to safe his partners life. now cop gets manslaughter and they claim there something else he could have done. yeah stand there and let his partner get killed. all liberal bs.
