If you don't have employees you don't have to provide Obamacare to them. When will this hit a tipping point?
 
The contractors themselves would be responsible for their own coverage.
True but Manpower and Kelly girls specialize in this stuff. They will find the cheapest barely compliant insurance policies possible.
 
IRS will cut these loopholes down significantly and in right quick time.

So the temp agencies cover the contractors/temps? Yeah this could be a big mess.
 
If you have less than 50 employees you don't have to cover them.

I see a massive reorganization of larger businesses into companies of less than 50 people
