LA lost their damn minds, particularly when they are basing their projections on literally nothing at all. It is nothing more than a knee jerk reaction against Trump rather than a policy meant to accomplish anything.
It matters not though - they cannot stay in lockdown and the people simply will not obey. As time marches on, fewer and fewer people are going to stay locked up.
