That was a treat more than ten years ago, but jews could have sued for slavery as well as loss of property by not just Egypt but all the arab states that forced jews to leave in between '48 and the late '60s.
Egypt would have to "prove" that the gold was not given to them when they left egypt after centuries of slavery, or that there as a specific amount that the jews carried.
Then you would have the invasions by Egypt into Israel that Egypt would also be libel for.

By the way, the so called number of civilian casualties in gaza that Israel was accused to killing has been proven to be false. Looks like Israel being charged by the ICC is looking less likely and the case against hamas more likely.
