No, there are no laws saying his family can't use them, BUT - and this may shock you - there are some who have mis-used / abused the program to enrich themselves ('Influence / Access Peddling').

You KNOW the left will accuse the family of doing just than and will then go after Trump. If the Trump administration wants to 'get ahead' of this they will call for a review of the program as a whole as well as this family to avoid any perception of impropriety.

What is really cool is that a person with the EB 5 Visa can travel to and from their home country, exit and enter the US at will. It lasts minimum (extensions available) for two years and that is perfect for getting in the USA in time for a babies birth and creation of the anchor baby and little American citizen. Take baby back home to China and return and it can return in 18 or 20 years for a US college education.

What I'm saying is that no matter who uses this program to go after Kushner the problem is Kushners dealings NOT who describes them. His sister basically is offering bribes which you acknowledge.
