All the videos i've seen, show ICE making the first move against a nurse coming to the aid of an injured woman, and ICE didn't like that. So they grabbed him, threw him to the ground, and assaulted him before an officer took his legally registered and licensed gun from him.
And once unarmed, shot him in the back
