Well, it looks like the latest plan to isolate the radiation from the old Fukushima power plant site is going to involve freezing all the ground water around it to a depth of some 100 feet and maintaining this ice wall indefinitely (which ironically will require enormous amounts of energy).

Oh yeah... if mankind does not through this event learn NOT TO BUILD nuke plants on known earthquake zones, then honestly... mankind does not deserve to live.
