Kilmar Garcia RELEASED by Tennessee judge, minutes later Md judge blocks ICE from arresting him.

WTF is wrong with you? Not just you, but all the Trump cultists here.

It's not okay to act in such a disgusting matter.

That's why you and the other Trump cultists here have been cut off by your families, and why you're all shunned by decent society. Hell awaits you all, unless you change your ways.
I don't know what to say about this one, but wow.

Nobody forces you to defend this disgusting behavior. You do it willingly, purely out of tribalsim.

You never grew out of the "All the other kids are doing it!" phase.
So being a lesbian makes you special? Just wondering.

The piece of shit is a human trafficker. WTF is wrong with these judges? We need a process of getting total assholes off the bench.
No need, just ignore their rulings. The will of the people voted for this. Leftist judges are trying to undermine a democratically elected president.

Why do you quote other people's Twitter accounts? Are these people some kind of authority figure to you?

That individual was an AUSA for 22 years and defended numerous J6 people through donations. Why, does quoting someone bother you?

‘A federal judge on Wednesday ordered Maryland immigrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia to be released from the Tennessee prison where he has been held since his return from a wrongful deportation to El Salvador. At the same time, U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw stipulated that Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials are not permitted to arrest him as soon as he is released.

Instead, if the Trump administration wishes to deport him to another country aside from El Salvador — which they have expressed interest in doing — they must give his attorneys three business days’ notice in order to prepare their defense. The El Salvadoran native was swept up in President Donald Trump’s deportation flights to the country’s brutal CECOT prison back in March, violating a court order specifically preventing him from being sent back to El Salvador out of fear of persecution.

The Justice Department eventually admitted that the deportation was made in error and facilitated his return to the United States, but new federal smuggling charges were promptly lodged against him, resulting in his detention. Prosecutors claim that Abrego Garcia transported undocumented migrants across state lines.

Crenshaw said that Abrego Garcia’s release is consistent with the Supreme Court’s mandate that “his case is handled as it would have been had he not been improperly sent to El Salvador.”’

One of Trump’s more reprehensible blunders, the lawless, unwarranted attack and vilification of an immigrant lawfully in the country.
Of course, they will ignore this silly judge's temper tantrum and send that criminal right back where he belongs.

Did she specify what she meant by "immediate?" I'd guess not, because she knows she has no power to give such an absurd order.

So, they can detain him as soon as he leaves court and hold him until "immediately" has passed, and then arrest him.

Or they may not need to "arrest" him, but just detain him for three days, give him his hearing (what, his fourth, fifth one?) and send him home.

The worst thing that could happen to Democrats is for this guy to be released and not immediately detained. He gets loose and every Republican Congressman, and one third of the GOP Senators have a ready made video for their campaign ads.

Can you say "Super Majority?"

Don't let hatred blind you to support of good people.

I'm objective as I can be. There are a few Dems I listen to in interviews and I say, "I like how this guy thinks". Even shockingly, even sometimes crazy Bernie.

I can't hate those who at least promote from time to time, policies that help the downtrodden, the issue is to distinguish between a good (if genuine) heart and a pragmatic policy.

Look, I listen to sharp, intelligent speakers, both men and women, and to suggest Gabbard is a moron is beyond the pale. Bessent is about as clinical a speaker as you can find.

You might be able to find a joke or two between Rubio and Vance, only because sometimes they can be a bit harsh and/or strong headed. It would be a stretch though to call them morons and you know it. "Not your cup of tea". Ok, I get it. I say the same of Candace Owens and Ben Shapiro for example.

That doesn't make them morons though. Just not "my cup of tea" most of the time.
They are not good people.

As opposed to a supreme court Justice that cannot define a woman, or a pervert that steals women's luggage.

Go **** yourself.
