SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The man guilty of manslaughter in the 2021 San Francisco death of 84-year-old Vicha Ratanapakdee will go straight to probation without additional jail time, a judge ordered Thursday.

Earlier this year, Antoine Watson was acquitted of murder in the case but found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. On Thursday, he was sentenced to eight years in prison, but the entire sentence was suspended. He got five years' credit for time served."

Do not expect justice in a Blue State. Who will this felon attack next?

It seems you have some lenient judges in justice while in Canada we have a corrupt system from police to Crowm.Attorneys, courts and lawyers who take part in the corruption. I am not sure which is worse. You at least have some civil rights and fair due process.

Black scum murdering Asians is legal in SF. Why is anybody surprised? We all know how those Asian cotton plantation owners in Dixie treated black slaves n stuff.

The elderly man had no chance.

Liberal judges and braindead liberal juries

In this case the competing interests of two lib pet minorities collided when a black thug murdered an elderly asian man and received very light punishment

The killer whose face is never shown, nor is his race ever mentioned in news stories, should spend 40 years to life in prison

Instead a jury of San Fran libs refused to call it murder and a lib judge is releasing him

How sad

This is what happens when you allow communists to take over your government. Despite their constant whining about "justice", they wouldn't know justice if it flew up their ass and exploded.
They do this purposely. They want crime and chaos so eventually people will get fed up and demand harsh crackdowns ... then they step in with their jackboots to "clean things up".

It's San Francisco. You continually elect Dimocrats, you'll get their brand of justice.
