Kicked Off The Xbox Platform

Hey!!! I'm back in. Not sure what happened but it looks like I solved my own problem. I guess I'm not as dumb as I look.
Disregard the above. It looked like I was back in but was rejected again. I truly am as dumb as I look. :(

Hey, I'm no gamer, I've never owned nor played any of the stuff you mention, but my first thought was: why can't you simply open a new account on the XBox thing creating a new password in the process?

And if it relies on a passcode that came supplied with a given game, etc., surely they have a support room, or you can contact Microsoft with the problem? Or maybe call a gaming store or somewhere that sells Microsoft products and games and see what they say?

I did actually open a new account but I still lost hundreds of dollars worth of saved games; nearly 250,000 gamer score; and hundreds of dollars worth of spendable points (enough to buy lots of gift cards, etc.). That had me concerned that I could invest a bunch more money with a company that could end up screwing me again down the road. At this point, anger and pointed me in a new direction.

Well, those are legitimate complaints you have with the Microsoft Corporation deserving legal remedy. I would say Microsoft or whomever operates the game site owes you a solution saving all of that, otherwise, I might have to go talk to someone about some other way of getting satisfaction.

I mean, if this goes unresolved and the parent company remains oblivious to the problem, what is to say it just won't keep happening?

If it helps any, I own a pro desktop that in today's economy would probably cost $8000-$10,000 now to replace on the grounds of its eminent serviceability. First time I had a hardware issue (several years ago, it was my graphics card), the best Apple could do for me is suggest I take it to some third party service center that was a 4 hour drive each way.

Luckily, I persisted and found a guy just 30-40 minutes away who fixed the problem.

I'd fight it and there's no doubt that Microsoft/Xbox is in the wrong and owes me a lot of money but the "red tape" I'd have to go through to satisfy lady justice is more than I want to deal with. I've been ripped off many times in my but I generally cut my losses; learn a lesson; adjust my future choices; and move on. I'll just consider 20 successful and enjoyable years on the Xbox platform as having paid for itself.

That seems to be the case with everyone these days. Every company merges to become a giant mega company, then the customer service falls through the floor and customers become like ants with no recourse in trying to deal with the leviathans.
