Those are three keyboardists that come to mind immediately.

Then if you want to talk about great piano players, there is Elton John, Billy Joel, Harry Connick, Jr., and too many others to mention.

Best piano players in Pop/Rock/Soul are probably Ray Charles, Elton John, and Billy Joel. To be fair, Billy Joel said, "Elton kicks my ass on the piano," but hey...they're both real good. A session guy named Nicky Hopkins was fabulous. He played on a lot of Stones and Who records. Great, great player.
