If you didn't see the race, it's worth watching. Mine That Bird had an absolutely incredilbe run coming from dead last with only about a quarter mile to go, to a six length victory. It's hard to see on the video (I had to watch it a few times to pick him out), but the horse basically passes then entire field in less than ten seconds. Amazing.

I love the Derby, hours and hours of partying and hype for a one minute race!

Animal Kingdom wasn't even on my radar.

Pat Valenzuela guided him to a great race. He made it look easy.

Mayby we'll get a TC winner this year. Preakness is next.
