Lemoore, CA 100 miles inland in the middle of freaking nowhere (might be on Devin Nunes’ cow farm ;-) it was researched and constructed for around 30m.

Not that much when you consider it takes in around a hundred bucks a ride.

Had no idea it existed until my DVR picked up a World Surf League event held there each year.

I’ve seen a lotta wave pools, but this is in a league of its own!

While not up to those standards surfing ship wakes is pretty cool as well.

Yep .. 45 to 50 seconds with a serious pipe op toward the end!

Would love to see a wave machine much larger.
Maybe ten footers and a lot longer pool.
