Indeed, her jurisprudence, if one can call it that, is a mess. And has nothing to do with the actual Constitution.

She is the bad gift of Joe Biden that keeps on giving.

It appears that Trump will "win" this case before the USSC, but one must recognize that the power affirmed by the Court will benefit every President from here on out.

The POINT of Trump's "win" will be that the President will have the power to have an Executive Branch that is generally all reading from the same songbook.

A related phenomenon now is that there are HUNDREDS of government lawyers resigning now because the Justice Department has declared a policy opposed to DEI and similar bullshit. It is so refreshing.

Highly (un)qualified to be on the Supreme Court.
Probably the best example of a DEI hire ever.
A joke. A fraud.
And the best part: it's a lifetime appointment.

If democrats like it, it's in the Constitution, whether it's actually in the Constitution or not.

Unfortunately, results-oriented mindset has always been a problem with leftist jurists. We used to avoid this in the Supreme Court and Circuit Courts. But now the low-IQ disease is creeping into all corners of our constitution.

She's the end result of the whole "living document" bullshit that the left has been pushing for decades.
