Why did she run over innocent people?
You mean the MOB?
Fear for her life

Several states have enacted legislation providing civil or criminal immunity to drivers who injure or kill protesters blocking traffic, provided the driver is "fleeing from a riot" and has a "reasonable belief" that their life is in danger. These laws were largely passed between 2021 and 2026 in response to protests that obstructed roadways.

Key States with Driver Protection Laws:
Florida: The 2021 "anti-riot" law (HB 1) grants civil immunity to drivers acting in self-defense if protesters are blocking traffic and acting in furtherance of a riot.
Oklahoma: Law HB 1674 (2021) offers civil and criminal immunity if drivers, with a "reasonable belief" of danger, injure protesters while "fleeing from a riot," provided they act without malice.
Iowa: Statute SF 342 provides civil immunity for drivers injuring protesters who block traffic, provided the driver exercises "due care".
Other States: Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, South Dakota, and Tennessee have passed measures targeting road obstruction, some including driver protections.

Legal Context and Limitations:
Reasonable Belief: The immunity is conditional, requiring the driver to have a "reasonable belief" of an imminent threat.
Intent: The legislation generally covers actions in self-defense or during a panicked flight, not intentional targeting of protesters.

Uh OK. Except that there is absolutely no proof that that is what the drunk teen was doing. Or is she was fleeing the phantoms in her head?

Honestly, I hope she's acquitted of everything.

The media needs to answer for the crime in which they're covering this.

Any self respecting father, husband or brother would expect the women in their life to do exactly the same

What is it, you saw or read, (that I did not) justifying her actions?
Why do you think she should be acquitted?

All the liberals are triggered a white girl drove through a threatening mob

From the article:

Officers were dispatched to a large disorder in the area of Short Street and North Broadway. They said another disorder broke out around a vehicle attempting to leave a parking lot in the area

"Attempting" tells us she was being prevented from leaving.

What would you tell YOUR wife/ daughter to do in this situation?

The OTHER crime is the way the media described the "event" -- a "disorder" 🤣
