Let’s imagine that the FBI subpoenas Pencil Neck Shit. The subpoena requires him to produce any papers or tapes or any item of any kind open which he based his claim (as a member of the house) that he had “evidence” about Trump.

If he tries to claim his 5th Amendment right to remain silent, give him immunity. Produced the papers and things OR be held in contempt (etc).

I wonder how quickly he’d have to confess that he never had any such items of “evidence?”
