She gets due process, a day in court first....under the law for illegal immigrants that first came legally and overstayed their visa....if that was her case in how she got here.

Expedited deportation has to take place by us, before the illegal is here 2 years, under Trump through an E/O....the law was that expedited deportation, which means being deported without being given their due process, was 14 days,.....if we deported them expeditiously.... Before 14 days, then we did not have to give them their constitutional right to due process.

She's been here much longer than the two year cut off.....so she will get an immigration court hearing, to plead her case....

She will receive 'due process' just before being deported. In the case of your 14 day proclamation, 'due process' is expedited removal as the border patrol witnessed them crashing our border.

I can't help but wonder if it concerned Karoline when Trump signed this executive order, that it could negatively impact her sister-in-law. Listen to how she replied when asked how many of the people they had taken off the streets were criminals (at 27:20):


Her response? "All of them...because they illegally broke our nation's law therefore they're a criminal..."

She apparently considers her sister-in-law/nephew's mother a criminal.
