Kansas bill would force pharmacists to fill ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine as off-label COVID treatment

Sometimes it would. Not sure what your point is.

Yeah? How so? I'm just not a fan of government dictating to business. We're not socialists. Not yet anyway.

There are certain functions that are critical to the survival of a nation and it's populace. Medical care is certainly one of those critical functions, and that includes medication.

I have a relative on Coumadin. Being denied access to it based on the ideological whims of some pharmacist could prove fatal. So yes, I would and will demand that pharmacists fill prescriptions as ordered - and if we need a law to make sure that happens, so be it. If you want to play "refusenik" find another career that doesn't involve people's lives.

Yeah, yeah. That's always the excuse. Eventually, everything ambitious politicians want to control will be declared "critical to the survival of a nation and its populace".

Homey don't play that.

Funny how you ignored the rest of my post.

This is not politi-speak. Millions of people can and would die if they were denied access to their prescribed medications. It is inarguable. Who the HELL is a pharmacist to dictate who lives and who dies? Because that is what you are arguing for.

We're not socialist. Yet. Government isn't there to dictate to business.
