What the fuck does the President have to do with "national abortion policy"? Given the Dobbs decision that makes it clear that the issue of abortion is now a matter for the States to deal with, what can any President do to implement ANY policy, whether restrictive or totally unrestricted?

In fact, absent a new Constitutional Amendment, there can be no "national abortion policy." Should Congress try to legislate one, it would immediately be challenged by at least a dozen States and neutered by the USSC.
