President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump have agreed to hold two campaign debates, on June 27 hosted by CNN and on Sept. 10 hosted by ABC.

The agreement appears to have been between Trump and Biden, because the dems said they wouldn’t participate in the debates organized between the bi partisan commission. So Trump had to agree to 2 debates with Biden in bidens terms.

Now that Biden is out, that arrangement is null.

At least Trump was going to honor those debates with Biden, which was in bidens corner.

Harris, because she can’t get what she thinks is a friendly debate venue, appears to be denying.

So, Harris is the one who isn’t wanting to debate unless the odds are in her favor.

At this point I don't think engaging in a debate would help, or hurt Trump. Since the Dems scammed him by putting a fake candidate in the first debate, I don't think he should grant them the courtesy of attending another one.
