Maybe the answers to healthcare should be hospitals. They have all the facilities; labs, x-rays, pharmacies, doctors and nurses on staff.
Everyone who goes to Kaiser for their medical care is satisfied and I dont know if they have any out-of pocket cost or premiums.
Years ago I and my children and the elderly used to get medical care at a hospital run clinic, subsidized by the Federal government or the state.
Before that I worked at the US Post Office and received Kaiser HC and no out-of-pocket cost and a premium taking out of my check and not missed.
After that, I worked for L.A. County General Hosptial and received all my medical care at the hospital with no out of pocket cost.
Another hospital is UC Medical Center in Sacramento, Calif.
Maybe the answer to HC is hospitals within the state you live in and if you move you just go into that states HC system.
