So she is on record in 2022 as opposing nationwide injunctions.

But this week she signed on to a dissent in which didn't oppose them.

Odd, eh? 🤔

“It just can’t be right,” Justice Elena Kagan said in remarks in 2022 at Northwestern University’s law school, “that one district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its tracks and leave it stopped for the years that it takes to go through the normal process.”

So how could you NOT have "nation wide injunctions"?
If any judge finds a law to violate rights, then obviously it has to be stopped immediately, by everyone. It does not take long to appeal, so what possible harm could there be in a nation wide injunction, and how could it be otherwise?
Do you really want prosecution of a questionable piece of legislation?

She's just another piece of Harvard garbage contaminating our government, but she is a good reminder of what a dogshit President Obama was.

Kagan is a Democrat loyalist.

Funny how you believe now that a district judge can halt the POTUS, but if it were a Democrat in office and Republican judges were doing this, you’d be outraged.

Our judicial system is totally wrecked now. Democrats have appointed wave after wave of political activist judges. You CANNOT trust any case even remotely involving politics.
