This is a very funny poker iq test put out by a big poker training site. Basically, it looks like they took their test and added in the big 4 candidates (Obama, McCain, Palin, Biden) and as you play against them they hammer at each other and make funny comments.
I remember something like this for the Commodore 64 with the card game Hearts back in the late 80's.
I must be a terrible poker player, I got a 95. Either that or I was distracted by Palin. She seemed to be the butt of most of the jokes, but they nailed Obama and McCain some also.
