Let me guess, you are not for taking federal power away that was not there at the founding of the country, thus taking much of the power away from the President whoever it is. No, you just want your stooge in there to lower the hammer and attack their opponents through such things as lawfare and assassination attempts and having FEMA target Trump supporters by not helping them in devastated areas.

Now if we took away much of the centralized control the President has attained over the years, as the Executive Branch has erected a 4rth branch of government since the nations founding, a branch that spews out regulations by unelected bureaucrats who basically are passing laws without elected members of Congress, then perhaps half the country would not want to secede from the Union every Presidential election cycle as states could manage their own affairs as was intended in the Constitution.
