These investigations just wrapped up in the past few weeks or so. The article on the Senate Investigation is dated October 10, 2019. It was run by Chuck Grassley and he started it because he was so incensed by Jim Comey letting Hillary off the hook. After three years, Grassley completely exonerated Hillary.

Mike Pompeo's State Department wrapped up their investigation of Hillary's emails around the same time, and with the same conclusion.

The Inspector General also reviewed Hillary's email investigation, and the IG concluded that Comey could have done things better, but he concluded that he was correct in declining to charge Hillary Clinton.
