Judges Aren't Trying To Control Trump. Proof? It's not the job, the role, the purview of Judges to control an elected official who in many ways is acting like a Manchild.

The venue for legal disputes is where Judges rule.

Federal judge blocks Musk’s DOGE from access to Treasury Department material

The judge also ordered Musk and his team to “immediately destroy any and all copies of material downloaded from Treasury Department’s records and systems, if any.”

And an enemy of the people, of American democracy, an enemy of our republic? Refusing to recognize the law and a Judge's role in legal disputes.

Musk suggests federal judges who stymie DOGE should be impeached: ‘A corrupt judge protecting corruption’

Where does the judge get the authority to deny the Secretary of Treasury access to his own department? What crime is being committed and what corruption is being stopped by denying a Cabinet Secretary the tools to do his/her job?

Trump controls the executive branch.... he has every right to do as he is doing. WHat is wrong with you guys that it is okay with you that the left has been robbing us for decades OUR DAMN MONEY!!! ...not going into your pocket but into the coffers of our enemies. What are you thinking?

If this is your stand then you are anti America.

And there are laws he must follow. Just read the Supreme Court decision on Presidential Immunity.

Oh wait!

Hillary Obama laugh guilty.webp

The judges will keep Trump within the boundaries of the Constitution.
I believe that is in their job descriptions. And in the US Constitution. And in the Oath of Office, which Trump only pays lip service to.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Remember when...

Donald Trump Says He Never Swore Oath 'to Support the Constitution'

really: "The framers excluded the office of President from Section Three purposefully," Trump's legal team wrote. "Section Three does not apply, because the presidency is not an office 'under the United States,' the president is not an 'officer of the United States,' and President Trump did not take an oath 'to support the Constitution of the United States.'"

". . . Judge Engelmayer, in his decision, said the named defendants in the suit — President Donald Trump, his Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and the Treasury Department — will be compelled to show cause at a hearing on February 14 before a separate judge presiding over an existing challenge to DOGE’s access to the system.

In a statement following the ruling, James said: “This morning, we won a court order blocking Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, from accessing Americans’ private data. Musk and his DOGE employees must destroy all records they’ve obtained. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: no one is above the law.”
