Federal Monies allocated cannot be suspended unless by Congress. The Executive Branch does not have that power. Threatening lives of judges in a public forum is against the law.

Congress allocates the money. The Executive does NOT have the power deny money allocated by Congress, read the Constitution someday, it might help you to understand how this country works.

It's all going to the courts. Why not simply do it so it doesn't go to the courts.

It's like I've pointed out before. Trump waved his arms and said the "Dreamers Act" was over. The Supreme Court noted that Trump could overturn it but there was a correct way to do it but for whatever reason Trump wasn't interested.

Nothing seems to have changed with him.

Our nation is at a crossroads. We really need to cut the fat and corruption and overlap. Most people were saying this for many many years.
