Judge To Block Trump Administration Plan To Put 2,000 USAID Workers On Leave.

My family helped found this country, and has shed plenty of blood for it. I love what this country WAS before your ilk destroyed it with your tall, skinny, Illinois Lawyer.
Two Wings of the Same Vulture

Don't be one-sided. Lincoln married a richgirl; that's where his class-treason politics came from.

Eggheads get henpecked. At the time, the Republicans' goal was to crush the other heiristocracy. The Robber Barons hired the Abolitionists to make it look like touch-feely morality was on their side.

Introduce amendments during his term that one unelected and unknown judge cannot thwart Trumps efforts because of how he feels. Make it a unanimous panel of 3 and maybe 5 and the personal bias gets thwarted

Likely absolutely is but there are legal ways to do all of this and Trump's way. As much as MAGA wants Trump's way the courts are going to step in.

Why Trump won't simply go about it in a legal way is mystifying. He rants, he gets shot down and forgets it to rant about the next bright object.
Oh you poor, dear. You can’t bear the idea of your leftist tranny ideology being denied to third world backwaters.

USAID was created by EO and exists only at the pleasure of the president

It still has to be wound down legally. The Dreamer Act was an EO also but the Supreme Court struck Trump down when he went to end it because you can't just waive your arm and say "ended".

But the magic Kenyan could waive his arm and create “dreamers”.

The courts frequently overstep their authority by sticking their nose where it doesent belong

And this is a good example

Where is the violation of the Constitution by trump?

Ask the Supreme Court. It's the same court we have today.

The SC refused to endorse the obama Dreamers scheme

But its still hanging around in limbo because the same unelected black robes did reverse trump

To be fair, I did conflate the two.

A federal judge will order an immediate halt to key aspects of President Donald Trump’s effort to dismantle the U.S. Agency for International Development, blocking Secretary of State Marco Rubio from placing 2,200 employees of the agency on leave in a matter of hours.

They should not put those 2,200 people on administrative leave,” U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee, told Trump administration attorneys at an emergency hearing Friday. The judge indicated he would formalize his decision later in the evening.

It’s an immediate brushback to the demolition of USAID, the government agency responsible for billions of dollars in international aid programs. Elon Musk spearheaded the bid to dismantle the agency at breakneck speed in recent days, and earlier Friday, Trump called for the agency to be closed down.
Trump will pop prevail.

Challenge ahead.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Top Trump administration officials are openly questioning the judiciary's authority to serve as a check on executive power as the new president's sweeping agenda faces growing pushback from the courts.

Over the past 24 hours, officials ranging from billionaire Elon Musk to Vice President JD Vance have not only criticized a federal judge's decision early Saturday that blocks Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency from accessing Treasury Department records, but have also attacked the legitimacy of judicial oversight, a fundamental pillar of American democracy, which is based on the separation of powers.
“If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that’s also illegal. Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power,” Vance wrote on X on Sunday morning.

Crossing the Ruby-Red Rubicon

Weak. Neither Trump nor the American people have to work around the judiciary's obstruction of our will.

Directly confront them. Call the bureaucrat-lovers' bluff; they have no force to back it up.

DACA Caca

Yet the Star Chamber SCROTUS can bang its gavels and shout, "Never-ending!" Same difference.

Trump is the Roadrunner. These coyotes must be smashed by the same heavy weight they
want to drop on him and us.
