The challengers have argued that the Trump administration's actions violate the Constitution and discriminate on the basis of sex and transgender status.

How can the EO discriminate based on sex and transgender status when the plaintiffs do not even know what sex they are?

The measure came on the heels of other executive action taken by the president on his first day back in office that prohibits the use of federal funds to "promote gender ideology" and declares U.S. policy as recognizing only "two sexes, male and female."

I dare anyone to prove to me the existence of any sex other than male or female. The very term "gender ideology" mean idea, theory or belief, meaning that transgender kids have nothing more to show than their word or claim that they believe they are the wrong gender.

The young people who are part of the lawsuit include two 12-year-olds who identify as transgender, and five transgender teenagers.

Children have no standing to argue anything, much less gender when a 12 year old hasn't even entered puberty yet to have any real gender identity. Worse, a great many transgender kids later regret the forced transition and suffer mental anguish and regret right up to suicide. Add to that, THEY ARE MINORS, so by definition, fall under their parent's care and are not old enough to make adult decisions.

Well ,this "Dysphoria" is a MENTAL Illness. They should try to CURE the Mental Illness. Not use dangerous drugs and surgery to make the BODY conform to said Mental illness.

He needs Congress to strip the funding. HE cannot.

That only applies to laws written to specifically fund certain things. If all the law is say "do this" and some executive branch flunky designated the actual allocations, then all the President has to do is remove the designations.
