True but I'm pretty sure he would try to get it right. Posing questions or expressing thoughts out loud are NOT making policy or affecting the final outcome in any way despite how leftist trolls and/or dishonest media portrays that. But when he does a business or trade deal he is straight arrow and wants it to be right. I'm pretty sure he would follow that method as a judge too.

Those schools will be forced to reshape their admissions practices, especially top schools that are more likely to consider the race of applicants.
