Well///I gotta say..if they dumped this particular crew in the Sudan, I'd not cry any tears.
Which is the point, I bet--use a bunch of egregious criminals.....get permission.
Then send who you want....bingo~

After a deportation flight with eight migrants left Texas reportedly intended for South Sudan this week, a federal judge on Wednesday ruled that the Trump administration had violated a previous order.

District Court Judge Brian Murphy in Massachusetts said during a hearing that the Trump administration had failed to adhere to his injunction, issued in March, preventing individuals from being sent to a country other than their own without giving them an opportunity to raise fears of persecution or torture.

The judge's ruling comes after the Department of Homeland Security confirmed during a press briefing Wednesday morning that eight individuals from Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Cuba, Mexico and South Sudan were deported this week. According to the DHS, many of these individuals had violent criminal convictions, including murder and sexual assault.

“The department’s actions,” Murphy said, “are unquestionably violative of this court’s order.”

Government attorneys said that the migrants are still in ICE custody, and that the plane has since landed. They declined to share the location of the plane’s final destination.

thanks for your opinion judge... now go F yourself...
A bit more than 'an opinion'.

That judge literally stopped the plane and turned it around.

The point being that there are limits that even Trump cannot exceed.

Personally, I'd like to see the deportees tossed off in mid-ocean.

But this is line that must be drawn.

Ok, if necessary hold them in detention centers till they can be returned to their home country

Even if it takes years

This screams "Special Session" to me.
This is a Constitutional crisis.
I dont expect any help from the House and Senate

But even that requires detention center at least briefly

Just something to get these low-level judges to **** right the hell off with their nonsense.
Assign them to Alaska or something.

Non-binding opinion

Nine Clowns with Gavels and Gowns

That's what should have been said way back when SCROTUS awarded itself Judicial Review. Those in power are all brag, no fact.

In fact, a line must be drawn against the self-awarded tyranny of the Constitution, too.

What is the judicial branch gonna do? SUE the executive? What part of EQUAL BRANCHES OF GOV'T do these ******* judges not understand? Just like Trump can't tell these judges how to rule in cases, these judges can't tell Trump how to run his country.

No one is deported to Sudah unless they are Sudanese. These are violent criminals, here illegally. Their own nations will not accept them. As non citizens they are serving their sentences in Sudan. They have already had a bucket full of due process.

I don't know if you're serious, but that did not happen. From your link:

NBC News confirmed a plane left Harlingen, Texas around noon on Tuesday and landed in Djibouti.
