Judge rules Fulton DA Willis can stay — if Wade steps aside

And? That does not change the corrupt nature of this entire ordeal featuring Fani's conduct.

Perhaps, if she left and he stayed... her corrupt mind wouldnt be leading the pleadings for case, then it would more like Trump faced fair impartial prosecutorial discretion.

But, I get it.
The judge needed to make sure he gets re-elected by thousands of Black metro-ATL voters, so... he concocted a nonsensical, bull$hit ruling.
Preparation H will help.

Does this guarantee a conviction appeal victory, for Trump?

Was the judge too afraid for his life as a Democrat in the USA, to disqualify Fani?? Was judge thinking about what happened to Tafari Campbell over on Martha's Vineyard??
Fani Willis can stay on the Donald Trump Georgia election case if her ex-lover, Nathan Wade, quits. A judge overseeing the case ruled that Fani Willis's affair with Nathan Wade was considered a "tremendous lapse in judgment" but was not deemed a conflict of interest, allowing her to continue overseeing the case as long as Nathan Wade steps down.

1. Fani Willis ex-lover resigns from Trump election meddling case per judge's order
2. Judge Rules Willis Can Stay on Trump Georgia Case If Lead Prosecutor Goes

Fani Willis, the Fulton County district attorney, has been leading the prosecution of former President Donald J. Trump and his allies in Georgia over alleged election interference. Despite accusations and legal challenges regarding her romantic relationship with a lawyer involved in the case, the judge's ruling allows her to remain involved as long as the individual with whom she had the relationship steps down

Fani Willis vehemently denied any wrongdoing related to her relationship with Nathan Wade and pushed back against allegations during a hearing, emphasizing that the relationship should not lead to her disqualification from the election case

In summary, the judge's ruling allows Fani Willis to continue her involvement in the Donald Trump Georgia election case as long as her ex-lover, Nathan Wade, steps down from the case.

It is possible for a romantic relationship to negatively impact one's career. If a romantic relationship becomes toxic or distracts an individual from their work responsibilities, it can certainly hinder their career progress. Issues such as jealousy, conflicts of interest, or personal drama can create a negative work environment and potentially lead to a decrease in productivity or job performance.

Gee, not sure if this case destroyed that romantic relationship. But Fani Willis & Nathan Wade are obviously unprofessional lol.

The judge contributed to Fani Willis’ election campaign. He was biased.

Anyone who hoped Trump would be convicted in the case before Willis should have wanted her to resign. She has virtually no chance in front of a jury, and if she hides from the jury, the jury will know exactly why.

This is Georgia, you think the women don't gossip?

Now what? Pay another "special counsel" another $750,000 and hope this one does some real work? Will Fani be allowed to pick this one?

This seems like a case that will just die from neglect, as the prosecution has no way forward, but will never drop it.

From poster Phactotum: "Donald Trump's 'Devastating' Legal Move Against Fani Willis"

That's your 'Link'?
Nowhere in the Newsweek article does it describe that the court determined that Fani Willis lied. It is merely a description of a move by the criminal defendant to show that the DA and the Prosecutor were in the same building at the same time.

There is zero ruling about 'lies' or 'lying'.

ps....you are trying too hard, good poster Phactotum.
Do this: Be satisfied that the lead prosecutor.....who by reputation is a competent skilled litigator.....be satisfied that he is off the case.

Your interest may be gratified if his replacement is not as skilled, nor aggressive.

Of course, there could be a Yin to that Yang too.

Meaning, Willis is now free to hire a really hyper-skilled 'Go-For-The-Jugular-type. If that is the case, perhaps, the defendant shoulda stuck with Willis and the original lead attorney.

Time will tell if she picks someone out of the DOJ who has a long and fearsome (to criminal defendants) reputation for convictions.

Time will tell. The cake bakes.

like I said earlier here...
"That is why there was just a hearing, for weeks, because this behavior is frowned upon in the Jurisprudence world.

Why, is it frowned up?? Because this exact type of behavior, is corrupt and it fleeces the spirit of fair equitable due process. How? You ask. Because the unethical events of Fani and Wade did result from poor decision-making by unethical mindsets --including telling lies about when they started fu<king each other. Well, guess what pal? That same mind of Fani's, that same brain of Fani's, that same partial thinking of Fani's is what rationalized that Trump should be charged with crimes.

Her way of thinking through juristical rules and the laws of Jurisprudence, cannot be trusted. America got to learn that here. So, now its up to who all wants to embrace that vs. who all wants to "just get Trump!" at any costs."

They had a hearing. Found it was all bullshit.

Due Process for Trump would be to put him on trial tomorrow in front of an inner city jury.

Ummm?
I don't think that is how I read the ruling.
How did you come to the conclusion they both must leave....per your reading of the judgement?
----------------------------------------------------------

Well, in my opinion, that is a pretty generic, boiler-plate complain-y type of assertion, more of a whine than informative.
So, do this poster Oddball:

  • Name names. Who are the thieves and the liars.
  • And, importantly.....tell the forum your justification for describing them as such.
  • Links and sourcing would go a long way towards your credibility.
GFY....My "lack of credibility" with hack asschunks like you is a badge of honor.

Found it was all bullshit.

You are a Democrat, so you hate the truth and you despise honesty. Therefore you just lied, and said they "Found it was all bullshit" when the judge's Ruling says no such thing.

the Judge even had nerve to reprimand or admonish Fani's behavior with Wade, although he inevitably allowed the corrupt prosecutors to get away with said corrupt behavior. Admonishment of their behavior is NOT the judge finding "it was all bullshit" pal --so please, let me know if you EVER decide to tell the truth here.

So, the judge admits Fani lied, and as a DA her standards need to be higher, but if she fires lover boy she can stay on the job? Yeah, that's the basic summation of the ruling.

Will Fani fire lover boy? Will she appeal? Will she tell the judge to pound sand?

Also, defendants have, I believe, an appeal themselves over this ridiculous opinion by McAfee.
There are scads of open loops in that decision for appeals and all sorts of regulatory agencies to step in.

Fat Fani is far from off the hook.....Her on the case makes it about as leagally roadworthy as a Pinto that just got rear-ended.
