Judge Releases Trump Document Inventory

"The search inventory released showed that classified documents had been mixed in with personal items and other materials in the boxes in which they were stored.
Federal investigators also retrieved more than 11,000 non-classified government documents.
One box containing documents marked with confidential, secret and top secret classification identifications also contained "99 magazines/newspapers/press articles," according to the inventory from last month's search filed in federal court in Florida"

"The search inventory released showed that classified documents had been mixed in with personal items and other materials in the boxes in which they were stored"

No other details as this will be updated.

"District Court judge Aileen Cannon ordered the inventory unsealed Friday morning, giving a clearer look at the items FBI agents seized from the former president while executing a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago, and the list shows that top-secret documents were intermingled with personal items like books, clothing and printouts of news articles"

"Investigators seized from Trump's office seven documents marked "top secret," 43 empty folders marked "classified," 28 empty folders labeled "return to staff secretary/military aide," 99 news articles dated between January 2017 and October 2018, and 26 more press articles dated between January and November 2020"

"Other boxes contain similar mixtures of personal items, highly sensitive government documents and government documents and photographs without classification markings, but the inventory doesn't specify any additional details about any of the items or documents might be"

It looks like we still don't have enough information on the stolen documents to be able to start determining Trump's purpose for keeping them.

And him rooting through the boxes for something that was so damning he needed to destroy it.

Everybody should have a hunch on where the FBI/DOJ is heading wit this.

Some US agent in some foreign land has been fatally compromised by Trump's criminal behaviour.
Trump either destroyed the documents that were in 43 fucking folders so they couldn't be discovered or he has them stashed somewhere. Considering the fascist rot that he runs with they could be anywhere. Trump should be brought up on charges immediately & piss on DOJ's policy of not indicting scum like Trump before an election.

Lol,lol, lol! It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Will you be mine? Will you be mine? Won't you be my neighbor? Oh , shit watched news max turn on Trump. They said he is getting indicted. He be going to jail! Lol,lol, lol! Watched faux news same thing. Lol, lol, lol. It's a beautiful day!

Brennan?

The architect of torture? That Brennan?

What's he doing sticking his nose into this?

Brennan voted for a communist party candidate back in the 70's, and is a self-admitted communist.

The allegation was Trump had classified documents, but it turns out he didn't have any classified documents. He had a bunch of empty file folders. That proves he had classified documents!

A special master needs to be appointed to determine whether the 18 panties the FBI stole is classified. It's in the inventory.

Seven documents that Trump declassified, 43 empty folders marked "classified," highly sensitive government documents and government documents and photographs without classification markings, and bunch of newspaper clippings.

Hol-E-shit. :auiqs.jpg::laughing0301::lmao::21:
I was reading that earlier. They took paper clippings and old magazines and clothes and all kinds of stuff.

The argument that Trump declassified the documents before he left office, which he had the authority to do, has still jot been settled. Differing clames from the opposite side remain but no definitive decision yet. This ain't over...
Whether the documents were ‘de-classified’ or not is irrelevant, nothing but a red herring from the right.

Trump is in legal jeopardy because he was in unlawful possession of national security and military intelligence material not properly secured, material that could be lost, destroyed, or stolen by America’s enemies.

There is also evidence that Trump obstructed justice.

There is no doubt as to Trump’s corruption and criminality – the question is will the evidence of that corruption and criminality be compelling enough for Justice to indict Trump.

If the information was / is declassified it was not improperly stored....

Do you think these things through before you post them?

until his ability to declassify those documents is settled, they have no probable cause... they have nothing... just like the illegal raid on Mar-a-lago.
The authority of a president to declassify information has always been settled.

Why did the FBI take articles of clothing belonging to both Donald and Melania Trump?

And at this point it is impossible to believe the other side since they been lying for 6 years now. I bet on trump .

The left will do ANYTHING to prevent Republicans having information on their thieving, two-faced, lying deep state leadership.

This use of the FBI to procure information that will hurt a Republican candidate and validate another point-man President who scooped up on Foreign Aid packages surreptitiously will continue until Republican decide enough is enough. The only one who has the cajones to stop the obstructions they use lies to institute would be someone who can and will fight fire with fire. We only have one former President with the cajones to reinstate the Constitutional law is the person Democrats fear the most: and that would be ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~d-r-u-m-r-o-l-l~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Donald John Trump~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~and he should get his property back, too.

My understanding of the Constitution is that it is illegal to trample on the Fourth Amendment, and the FBI did just that with the political invasion of Mar-a-Lago.

Since Trump doesn’t own the classified and secret government docs… how does the forth apply?
