The challenge to her candidacy in that state to appear on the ballot of that state was filed through the state court system of that state, as it is a state matter, State Judge Charles Beaudrot, presided. There was already an appeal to a Federal Judge to prevent the state issue being considered and the state hearing held. The Federal judge ruled it could go forward, so it did. If you don't like whatever the state says, when it gets to Raffensperger, feel free to sue, if you can prove you have standing.
