Only in L.A.... Judge Kathleen Kennedy refused to accept the murder verdict of her own jury in an apparent lesbian murder case. The jury had reached a verdict of murder 1st and the judge sent them back to deliberate again. I don't understand how that could happen unless the judge was biased.

While its not common for a judge to do this, it doesn't automatically mean the judge is biased. there are many reasons, including a jury that may have disregarded instructions in favor of emotion.
