Now a resident of a Red state! Hallelujah!
That is a good question. Why HASN’T Trump released it?

It is actually a pathetic and rather painfully stupid question.

A. It’s under seal.

B. It might contain some information of a classified nature (at least in theory) which would make it inappropriate to unseal yet.

C. The papers filed with the proposed warrant can include a variety of scandalous allegations which were never subjected to cross examination. So why would any target of a warrant like this choose to assist the governmental effort to smear himself?

Oh sweet Jesus.. STOP!!!
The details of what is being looked for, what they can and cannot look for is contained in the warrant.

Why..won't..Trump..release..it? :)
You really have no idea what information is contained in the warrant that served to the person the warrant is for do you? A simple google search would have kept you from looking so foolish.

Nothing would stop him from that.

Yet they want the DoJ to release it?

Any warrant that Trump has would look like that. So what exactly does anyone calling for his attorney's to release it think they are going to glean from it?

Trump can release the contents of the warrant he was served at any time. So why doesn't he?

There goes Jack again taking the official government position as always. Do you really think you can get away with busting into a president's home, wrecking the place while kicking everyone out so they can't see what all you did, then not even offer why and for the most specious of reasons?

Where would you have Trump display the warrant, on a CBS talk show? Maybe Late Night with Colbert, 60 minutes, the NYT, FB or Twitter?

Oh yeah, he has either been banned from all MSM sites or simply never invited and allowed to speak his mind. He was barely able to get his points across even back in 2020 during the TV debates because the networks and moderators did all they could to minimize him.

Since Day One, the effort by both government and media has been to delegitimize Trump in every way possible in the eyes of voters since they couldn't stop a true outsider working strictly for the people from being elected. But it didn't work. Trump is still out there fighting the global hegemony in control of our government now and more popular and supported than ever. And despite all popular claims, you can't legally stop Trump from running again.

And if Trump runs, he wins.

You are advocating open season on democrats if the repubs take over.

And they won't have to tell you why cause you are cool with it here.

Stop letting stupid precedents be set cause you hate someone.

Stop assuming you know what I’m cool with. Maybe someday you’ll be able to actually discuss ideas and topics instead of obsessing about how one-sided you perceive your opponents. It would mark a sea change.

The Republicans long ago planned a resumption of power with a platform based on vendettas, they’ve said as much. They’ve perfected and weaponized Trump’s politics of grievance and victomhood. And so it goes.

He loses in 2024...badly. He's already fulfilling his useful idiot role. If he declares, he destroys every Republican challenger in his path, including DeSantis.
Trump is NONE of those those things you're ascribing him to. He's a grifter. A liar. A con man. He always has been. And he'll never be anything more than that.

I don't have to assume.

I see it plain as day. You can call it what you want covered by whatever justification you need, but you are in an attack Trump mode a d forgiving some blatant horrible actions to do it.

Only if the election is rigged again and I doubt that can happen twice. No one is going to vote for a democrat after what that party has pulled these last few years and 70% of the GOP have a lock on Trump. Deal with it.

He's already fulfilling his useful idiot role.
I thought that was what we had Joe and you for.

If he declares, he destroys every Republican challenger in his path, including DeSantis.
DeSantis can be VP.

HO HUM. Trump is 10,000X better than anything the democrats have to offer. Americans want an American in office Jack, not another one of your pressed suit globalist/socialist rehearsed talking-point stunt men carrying more secret agendas.

You must be in one of your psychic-twofer modes. You not only have no idea what I think (cause you haven’t bothered to ask) you assume I support something you label “blatent horrible actions” despite the FACT that none of us know:

What was in the warrant.
What, if anything was found.

I’m withholding my judgement ‘cause I really would like to know, given this is precedent setting and has potentially huge political consequences if it is weak. The DoJ is going have to make some sort of explanation sooner or later.

You apparently don’t need any information upon which to make sweeping conclusions. You must be psychic indeed!

So why doesn't he? If he feels he's been wronged, he can release the warrant and then everyone can get as outraged as they wish.
Actually the FBI should do this because it was their move and not Trump.

You just said Trump was going to go for revenge and play the victim.

Now you are trying to do... Well it beats the shit out of me but as usual it makes zero sense.

Look, I don't want Trump as president. But I damn sure dont want what we have now.

You assume because I don't attack trump I am defending him amd when you attack him everyone should fall in line or they are blind.

The real question is: what was so damned important about some national archive requested papers that they couldn't simply ask for them or subpoena them as they had already done and gotten very cooperatively from Trump just months ago that the FBI felt it necessary to wait until Trump wasn't home to break into his house, ransack the place top to bottom, destroy a safe (finding nothing), while evacuating the place and trying to turn off the cameras.

What does that have to with “forgiving some blatently horrible actions”?

Trump has a well known history of claiming to be a victim and constantly airing his ”politics of grievance”. That is one thing.

The second thing is what the Republican Party plans on doing if it gets back in power and they’ve made no secret that it will be about settling scores over policy making.

They kind of have to allow this

I mean, if they don't, it will only make this look worse.

It's like getting up at a half time show during the Super Bowl and trying to hide what you are doing on stage, refusing to tell anyone what you just did behind a pulled curtain.

Granted, if they did this it would be by far the best half time show in over a decade.
Can't Trump tell them, that his privacy is of no concern to him, and that it is okay to release the warrant?

They keep things like this private for the person being investigated privacy.... A subpoena or search, is not a criminal charge... And most times, people don't want the public know they are being investigated....

But Trump himself leaked this himself because he saw a political advantage and dollar signs, by doing it..... So maybe it would be fine with him?

The entire Portland riots were playing the victim. You are so tied up in what MIGHT HAPPEN you overlook what is leading up to it

You shit on others they will shit back. Pretending you do no wrong and stomping your foot in anger just keeps you in your own bad place.

Goodnight
